Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit cards. All prices are in pounds sterling. If you are ordering from outside the UK, your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

UK - 1 book £4 postage and packing

UK - 2 or more books £5 postage and packing

Europe - 1 book £4 postage and packing

Europe - 2 to 5 books £10 postage and packing

Europe - 6 to 10 books £25 postage and packing

Outside Europe - 1 book £20 postage and packing

Outside Europe - 2 - 5 books £40 postage and packing

Outside Europe - 6 to 10 books £60 postage and packing

Delivery Schedule We despatch your order immediately if goods are in stock. We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days . International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges Books and journal subscriptions are VAT exempt. All other services on the web site, (conference/seminar/course registrations, advertising etc) are charged at 17.5% VAT.

Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
