How it works:
After a company has selected candidates for interview in the usual way, Technical Training Solutions will administer a practical skills test in a calm and relaxed environment and make a valued judgment on the individuals’ suitability.
The written assessment produced (by TTS) will deal with the observed mechanical, electrical or instrumentational competencies of the candidate.
A score will be made about key issues such as:
Safety,
The use of Tools and instruments,
Fault diagnosis,
Communication skills.
