Decksafe launches Decksafe 500
ANTI-SLIP PLANK FLOORING
One of the UK's leading anti-slip flooring specialists, DeckSafe Solutions, has introduced DECKSAFE 500. Developed as a single-piece pultruded plank flooring, DECKSAFE 500 provides a solid floor featuring a reliable, gritted anti-slip surface. DECKSAFE 500 is manufactured from high-grade glass reinforced plastic (GRP) to offer an impressive combination of strength, rigidity, low weight and ease of installation.
This makes the new flooring ideal for numerous applications where non-slip surfaces are essential including mezzanine floors, walkways, pedestrian bridge decks, odour control covers, flood defence barriers and many others. Supplied in 500mm wide, tongue and grooved lengths up to six metres, DECKSAFE 500 can be easily cut as required and simply sealed along the top and bottom of the groove with the application of a gap filling silicone adhesive to prevent water penetration.
Significantly, this new plank flooring offers unrivalled resistance to corrosion, excellent strength to weight ratio plus maximum UV resistance. These qualities ensure that users will benefit from a product that offers reliable performance throughout an extended lifespan of at least 25 years.
