Training Course - PAS 55

for the Optimised Management of Physical Assets.

With the introduction of PAS 55, there is now an internationally accepted standard for the optimized management of physical asset. It provides clear definitions and a 28-point specification for establishing and verifying a joined-up, optimized and whole-life management system for all types of physical assets.  PAS 55 can apply to any organisation that has a high dependency on physical infrastructure or equipment. It is particularly relevant to FM organisations or their clients.

PAS 55 is proving to be an essential, objective definition of what is required to demonstrate competence, establish improvement priorities and make better, clearer connections between strategic organizational plans and the actual day-to-day work and asset realities.

Planned for May 13th in Solihull, MCP’s PAS 55 1 day training course will increase understanding of what PAS 55 involves. It will also provide managers with an awareness of the requirements for compliance and certification.
